About GWIN
GWIN was created by Winner Ogheneruemu, a Computer Science student at the Federal Polytechnic Orogun, Delta State, Nigeria. What began as an ambitious final year project has evolved into a fully-featured, next-generation agentic web IDE designed to make web development accessible to everyone — right from a mobile device.
Winner Ogheneruemu
Creator & Lead Developer of GWIN
As a final year student in the Department of Computer Science at Federal Polytechnic Orogun, Winner set out to solve a problem he experienced firsthand — the lack of accessible, powerful development tools for students and developers who primarily rely on mobile devices. Rather than settling for a basic project, he envisioned and built GWIN (Global Web Integrated Network): a complete mobile-first IDE powered by AI agent swarms and WebAssembly sandboxing, enabling anyone to author, debug, and publish HTML, CSS, and JavaScript applications without a desktop computer.
GWIN stands as a testament to the innovation emerging from Nigerian polytechnics, proving that world-class software can be conceived and built anywhere. Winner's vision is to continue expanding the platform, empowering the next generation of African developers to build for the web without barriers.
The Mission
To democratize web development by providing a powerful, mobile-first IDE that combines AI-driven multi-agent reasoning with secure, on-device execution. No cloud dependencies, no server configurations — just pure web development at your fingertips.
Global Accessibility
Build and publish web projects from any mobile device, anywhere in the world.
Privacy First
Your code stays on your device. We never store or transmit your project files.
Agent-First Innovation
Multi-agent swarms accelerate your workflow with intelligent HTML, CSS, and JS specialists.
Project Highlights
Academic Origin
GWIN was developed as a final year project at the Federal Polytechnic Orogun, under the Department of Computer Science. The project demonstrates the practical application of modern web technologies, artificial intelligence, and software engineering principles to create a production-grade development environment that runs entirely on mobile devices.
By leveraging WebAssembly for client-side sandboxing, progressive web app architecture, and multi-agent AI orchestration, GWIN pushes the boundaries of what's possible in mobile software engineering — and serves as a showcase of the caliber of talent emerging from Nigerian higher education institutions.
